These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ck1947 platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using ck1947, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a ck1947 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of ck1947 or its affiliated entities; (c) persons subject to a self-exclusion order on the ck1947 platform; (d) persons who have been permanently banned from the ck1947 platform; (e) persons acting on behalf of another individual.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ck1947 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted on your ck1947 account using your credentials will be deemed authorised by you unless you have previously notified ck1947 of a security breach. ck1947 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts. ck1947 support staff will never request your full password via any communication channel.

All ck1947 member account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions — including deposits, withdrawals, wager placements, winnings, and bonus credits — are processed in PKR. There is no intermediate currency conversion applied to member transactions. The PKR balance displayed in your account represents the actual amount available to you at all times.
ck1947 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK-connected bank transfers, and internet banking from HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Deposits made for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without engaging in genuine gaming activity ("bonus abuse" or "bonus arbitrage") are prohibited. ck1947 reserves the right to withhold or recover funds where it is established that deposits were made without genuine gaming intent. Additionally, ck1947 does not accept anonymous transactions and reserves the right to return funds received from unverified sources.
All sports bets placed on ck1947 are governed by the ck1947 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated herein by reference. Members are responsible for ensuring they have read and understood the applicable rules before placing any wager. Wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. ck1947 reserves the right to refuse any wager at its discretion, particularly where a technical error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. ck1947 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to acceptance confirmation — a bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen acceptance notification. Bets placed on in-play markets where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
All casino table games and slot titles available on ck1947 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published individually on each slot game's information page. ck1947 does not adjust RTP figures from those certified by the testing laboratory. The outcome of all certified Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games is determined by the certified RNG software and cannot be influenced by ck1947 or the player.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned before its completion criteria are met; (b) a manifestly incorrect price was offered due to a technical error; (c) the bet was placed after the relevant event or market outcome was already known; (d) the event does not meet the conditions specified in ck1947's relevant sport-specific rules. ck1947's decision on void bets is final.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by ck1947 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. These specific terms ("Promotion Terms") take precedence over this section in the event of conflict. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the Promotion Terms before opting into any ck1947 promotional offer.
Bonus funds credited to a ck1947 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real money funds, as specified per promotion) before a withdrawal request for bonus-derived winnings will be processed. Wagering requirements and any game contribution rates are published in the Promotion Terms applicable to each offer.
ck1947 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonus awards; using bonus funds exclusively on qualifying bets while withdrawing real money; systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated group activity. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck1947 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the associated account without prior notice.
Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant Promotion Terms will expire automatically and be removed from the member's account. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. It is the member's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck1947 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

ck1947's total liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member to ck1947 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ck1947 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ck1947 takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform availability and security but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated to members in advance where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ck1947's liability for death or personal injury caused by ck1947's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ck1947 collects, processes, and stores member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a ck1947 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ck1947 does not sell member personal data to third parties. Member data may be shared with ck1947's licensing authority, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or by ck1947's licensing obligations.

Any verified PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after the deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
ck1947 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) inability to verify the member's identity, age, or source of funds; (e) where continuation of the account would expose ck1947 to legal or regulatory risk; (f) where the member has previously been self-excluded or banned.
Upon account closure or termination, your right to use the ck1947 platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in full force and effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.
If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of ck1947, you must first submit your complaint to the ck1947 support team in writing. ck1947 will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a full written response within fourteen (14) calendar days. Where a complaint requires more detailed investigation, ck1947 will notify you of the extended timeline and provide regular updates on the status of your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with ck1947's internal resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body identified in ck1947's gaming licence. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of ck1947's licensing authority. Any dispute not resolved through the mechanisms described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
ck1947 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ck1947 will notify registered members by email or via a prominent notice on the ck1947 Website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the ck1947 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
